CLASS
REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Online
registration is fast and easy! You can register for a class by
visiting our website, http://www.quiltworksnw.com, and paying with a
credit card via our secure online shopping cart. You can see at a
glance if the class you wish to register for has space available, and
you can view and print class supply lists right from the website!
If you don’t
have access to a computer, you can still fax (425.453.6118), mail or
stop in
(121A 107th Ave. NE, Bellevue, WA, 98004) to register.
Prepayment is required to reserve your space in class as it supports
our decision and commitment to the instructor to be able to hold the
class.
If QuiltWorks
Northwest must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we
will notify you three days prior to the beginning of class and refund
your tuition. If you need to cancel or transfer your enrollment in a class,
please do so 10 days before class begins to receive a QuiltWorks
Northwest gift certificate or credit toward a future class, minus a
$5 processing fee. No
refund will be given if you cancel less than 10 days ahead. The
exception to this general policy is classes taught by visiting Guest
Instructors. We are sorry, but no refunds are given for classes by
Guest Instructors unless a student from the waiting list is able take your place.

How to
Register
for a FREE Class or Demonstration
One
important reminder for those reserving a space
in our FREE classes such as Mastering Your Bernina Sewing Machine or Open Classroom - with Help with Sandra Casto and Marilyn
Nelson: If you wish to reserve space in a FREE
class and you are NOT purchasing other classes that have an associated
cost, you must choose the Phone/Fax
payment option to complete your order. In this instance, a
phone call to the store is not necessary. We look forward to seeing you in
our store!

Registration
Confirmation
Each time you register for class, you AUTOMATICALLY receive an
email confirmation of your order as long as you have provided a valid
email address with your order. Please be sure to double-check
that you've typed your email address correctly and that
QuiltWorks Northwest is on your list of Approved Senders. Many email
service providers block potential spam from recipients' mailboxes - if
you do not approve us, your confirmation may end up in the Junk
Mail Folder of your email account.
